Drinking water can be made exciting and fun with just a little help with fruits! 

How it works

  1. If your kids get bored by drinking plain water, you can help keep them interested by adding a splash of lemon or a fruit juice. Not only will they find the taste interesting, but the added fruity juice will be like a health tonic.
  2. Let your kids choose a fruit of their liking and make ‘tonic’ water for them whenever you feel that they need a bit of motivation.
