Who we are

Better Tomorrow, From Today!

In Pakistan today our children are facing a health crisis. Their unhealthy lifestyle habits can affect them today that can lead to problems tomorrow. Nestlé launched a movement to educate and spread awareness about how small lifestyle changes can make a big positive difference in our kids’ health and their future.

United for Healthier Kids is a movement that aims to help raise healthier and happier kids! We want to encourage healthy eating, drinking and simple changes in everyday routines for children aged 4-12 years.

Today we are collaborating with governments, education institutions, social welfare organizations and corporate partners to ensure that our message reaches as many people as possible.

Let’s make a change today for a better tomorrow.

What we do

We want to help kids have a bright and successful future – where they grow up happy and healthy. It’s a big task. That’s why we’ve joined hands with likeminded people  to share knowledge and resources, so that together we can make a huge difference.

We believe everyone has a role to play including kids, parents and carers, chefs, partners, governments, public and private organisations. We want to inspire people all over the world to join in and contribute to improving kid’s health and happiness.

We know it’s not always easy to include healthier options as part of your child’s everyday routine. So our team of innovative experts has worked hard to come up with ideas, recipes, advice and fun activities for kids from birth up to twelve years old.

The healthier habits

We’ve established six healthier habits backed by nutritional and behavioural science that, together, form the heart of United for Healthier Kids. They are:

These healthier habits can help make it simpler for your kids to be healthier and happier.
